CHRONIC NECK PAIN
NOT SOMETHING
YOU JUST LIVE WITH.
YOU JUST LIVE WITH.
The stiffness every morning. The tension that builds through the day. The headaches that come with it. Chronic neck pain is mechanical — a structure being loaded beyond its capacity, every day. We find what's loading it and fix that.

Understanding the Condition
WHAT IS CHRONIC NECK PAIN?
Chronic neck pain persisting beyond 12 weeks is almost always driven by one or more identifiable mechanical factors: disc degeneration, facet joint irritation, muscle imbalance, or postural loading patterns. The cervical spine responds exceptionally well to manual therapy — often producing relief faster than any other region.
Facet-Driven Neck Pain: The small joints of the cervical spine becoming irritated from sustained loading or degeneration. Responds rapidly to joint mobilization and manipulation.
Disc-Driven Neck Pain: Cervical disc bulge or degeneration creating local or referred pain. Often responds to directional movement therapy and cervical traction.
Myofascial Neck Pain: Chronic muscle guarding and trigger points in the cervical and upper trapezius muscles. Manual therapy and dry needling produce rapid relief.
Whiplash-Associated Disorder: Neck pain following a motor vehicle accident or sudden deceleration. Multi-structure injury requiring comprehensive assessment and manual treatment.
Treatment Approach
HOW WE TREAT IT
The cervical spine is one of the most responsive regions in the body to skilled manual therapy. Most patients experience meaningful pain reduction within the first two to three sessions.
01
Manual Therapy & Rapid Relief
Joint mobilization, cervical manipulation, soft tissue work, and neural mobilization to reduce pain and restore cervical range of motion — often dramatically and quickly.
02
Deep Neck Flexor Strengthening
The deep stabilizers of the cervical spine that are consistently inhibited in chronic neck pain. Reactivating them is what prevents the pain from returning.
03
Postural Correction & Prevention
The workstation setup, movement habits, and strength work that removes chronic loading from the cervical structures and keeps the pain from coming back.
Typical TimelineMost patients: significant improvement in 3–6 weeks. Long-standing cases: 6–10 weeks.
