Our Mission
WHY WE EXIST.
We exist to transform healthcare by replacing quick, impersonal, and ineffective interactions with results-driven care. We are committed to building deep, long-lasting relationships that lead to meaningful and lasting improvements in our patients' health.

We work for our patients, not for insurance companies. That distinction changes everything about how we practice.
"We believe in treating the whole person — not just an ICD-10 insurance code."
We view your body holistically. The pain site is rarely the whole story. We find the full picture.
Our Values
WHAT WE
STAND FOR.
Honesty
We tell you what you need to hear — not what's easiest to say
Results Driven
Outcomes matter. Everything we do is measured against that standard
Test & Retest
Every treatment is assessed in real time — if it's not working, we adapt
Clarity = Confidence
We explain everything so you understand what we're doing and why
Discomfort ≠ Pain
Good therapy is challenging — we know the difference between productive and harmful
Celebrate Small Wins
Recovery is a process — we acknowledge every step forward
Extreme Ownership
We own our outcomes — and we expect the same accountability from our patients
Don't Add Strength to Dysfunction
Fix the movement pattern first. Then build on a solid foundation
Meet the Team
THE PEOPLE
WHO WILL FIX IT.
Every provider at Land and Sea shares the same philosophy: find the root cause, do the work, and don't stop until the patient is back to what they love.

Dr. Jonny Blue
Dr. Jonny Blue, DPT
Co-Founder & Physical Therapist
Jonny founded Land and Sea in 2022 after recognizing that the standard in-network PT model was failing patients. Too little time, too little attention, and too many compromises. A former collegiate baseball player and avid surfer, he built the clinic around one idea: patients deserve care tailored entirely towards one thing: RESULTS. Every element of the process at Land and Sea has been created with that in mind. He is passionate about fixing things that are broken, in the body and in the systems that are supposed to heal it.
