Bone Strong is a structured progression program — not a drop-in class. You move through three stages with a cohort of women, building knowledge, confidence, and strength at every step.
Stage 01
DENSITY
The Foundation Program
Learn the Science. Learn the Lifts. Build Your Foundation.
Density is where everything begins. In small groups of 4–6 women, you'll learn why strength training works for bone density, how to perform the foundational movements safely and effectively, and how to think about progressive overload in a way that gets results without injury. Sessions combine education and hands-on lifting — progressively shifting toward more training time as your confidence grows. By the end, you have a foundation of knowledge and movement that most gym-goers never develop.
Stage 02
STRENGTH
The Building Phase
Stop Learning. Start Building. Feel the Difference.
In Strength, the training wheels come off — in the best way. You know the movements. Now you build the load, the habit, and the results. Sessions are more workout-focused, progressively challenging, and designed to produce measurable improvements in strength and bone-loading stimulus. This is also where your clinical team checks in — identifying any joint pain, movement limitations, or opportunities for additional support through PT, shockwave therapy, or HBOT. You're not just working out. You're being monitored.

MOMENTUM
The Lifestyle
This Is the Part You Don't Want to Lose.
Momentum is where the program becomes a lifestyle. You have the community, the routine, the results, and the confidence. Small group classes keep challenging you as your fitness evolves. Periodic check-ins with our clinical team track your progress and keep your program optimized. This isn't maintenance — it's continued investment in the most important asset you have: your body. The women who stay in Momentum are the ones still hiking, lifting, and living fully in their 70s and 80s.
